The purpose of this course and each lesson is to teach you how to create a strong foundation for a journey of self-healing. The Foundations Of Healing course is self-guided and is beginner friendly for those new to a path of healing and for those seeking to take their healing journey to the next level.
Each lesson offers simplified and practical tools that make healing and transformation accessible for everyone. You have the ability to navigate the murky waters of life within you and the FOH course will teach you how. Each lesson is designed to help you expand your understanding of the world around you and how you can best function in it. This course does not offer quick fixes. It teaches you solutions, practices, exercises and shifts in perspective to implement into your daily life to help you transform and help your life, moment by moment and day by day.

Each lesson is in the format of an e-book with a video explaining that topic and how to implement it into your daily life. You will also have journal prompts and questions to help you understand how each topic relates to your personal life. Each lesson comes with a guided meditation to support your journey. You will also have access to a private Facebook group that is available for you to share your experiences with others and ask questions of the community about their processes. There is an option to book a private call with Dr. Matt for an additional fee if you need 1-on-1 support. Each e-book has all of the information, exercises and links that you need.
